Job Summary:
• Provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced emergency department setting
• Support multiple clinical sites with primary and secondary location assignments
• Ensure timely assessment, stabilization, and treatment of emergency patients

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols
• Respond promptly to emergency situations using advanced clinical skills
• Administer medications, perform procedures, and document interventions accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care
• Rotate between assigned primary site and secondary site as needed
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and families

Required Qualifications:
• Active and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of 1 year emergency department (ED) nursing experience
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments

Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in multi-site or float RN roles

Certifications:
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
