The Patient Care Associate (PCA) will assist the RNs in the Cancer Center with a variety of functions, including obtaining full sets of Vital signs including Height/weight, assists with equipment preparation and set up (scalp cooling systems), accompanies patient to infusion bays for treatment, assists with ordering and stocking of infusion bays. Our Patient Care Associate team prides themselves in responding to patient requests in a timely manner, safeguarding patient confidentiality, monitoring patient safety, and always communicating in a respectful manner.
