Job Summary

Seeking an experienced LTAC RN to provide high-quality care for medically complex patients, including those requiring ventilator, tracheostomy, and central line management. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to skilled nursing and LTAC patients.
• Monitor and manage patients with ventilators, tracheostomies, and central lines.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and support quality care outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent LTAC/Skilled RN experience.
• Active North Carolina RN License or Multistate Compact RN License.
• Ventilator and tracheostomy care experience.
• Knowledge of central line management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Wound care experience.

Certifications

• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)

Shift Details

• Rotating schedule as assigned by the facility.
• On-Call: One weekend per month required.

Additional Information

• Experience with medically complex patients strongly preferred.
• Flexible scheduling required based on unit needs.
