JOB SUMMARY
This position within the Manufacturing group requires significant training and demonstrable expertise in one or more functional areas. The role involves overseeing the work of other Manufacturing team members and being accountable for their performance. Candidates should possess extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry and be capable of independent decision-making during processing.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee activities of other members of the Manufacturing team, taking responsibility for process results.
• Demonstrate expertise in one or more of the following functional areas: clean room/aseptic environments, equipment preparation, stopper preparation, inspection (semi-automated and manual), packaging operations, sanitization of classified areas, and operation of autoclaves.
• Make important decisions independently during processing.

Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical experience.
• Aseptic experience in the pharmaceutical industry is mandatory.
• Ability to work independently after training.

Certifications
• Willingness to be certified and maintain certification for entry into the Aseptic Core (training provided).
