  • Job Summary  
    We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse – NTICU to provide specialized care for patients in the Neuro Trauma Intensive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients, demonstrate expertise in neuro-trauma management, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with neuro-trauma and critical conditions.
    2. Monitor and assess patient status, including neurological and hemodynamic parameters.
    3. Administer medications, IV therapies, and advanced interventions as prescribed.
    4. Operate and manage specialized equipment used in intensive care settings.
    5. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
    6. Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records (EMR).
    7. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery processes.
    8. Respond promptly to emergencies and adapt to rapidly changing patient conditions.

    Required Qualifications
    1. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
    2. Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care or ICU experience.
    3. Strong knowledge of neuro-trauma patient care and critical care protocols.
    4. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.

    Preferred Qualifications (if any)
    1. Prior experience in NTICU or Neuro ICU settings.
    2. Advanced training in neuro-trauma or critical care nursing.
    3. Familiarity with EMR systems such as EPIC or Meditech.

    Certifications (if any)
    1. Basic Life Support (BLS) – required.
    2. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – required.
    3. Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) – preferred.
    4. Neuro-specific certifications (such as CNRN) – preferred but not mandatory.
