  • Job Summary  
    The Enrollment Coordinator supports behavioral health provider enrollment activities, ensuring providers are properly enrolled with government and commercial payers to enable timely billing and uninterrupted patient care. This role requires full on-site attendance due to physical mail handling and documentation workflows. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while collaborating with internal teams and external providers.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Submit initial and revalidation enrollment applications for providers and groups.
    2. Process government and commercial payer enrollments (including Medicare/Medicaid).
    3. Maintain and update credentialing records and revalidations.
    4. Track application progress, follow-ups, and in-process tasks in internal systems.
    5. Manage mail-based documentation and workflows.
    6. Communicate with providers via phone and email as needed.
    7. Collaborate with Credentialing, Revenue Cycle, and leadership teams to resolve denials and claims issues.
    8. Maintain user access for payer web portals.
    9. Support updates to procedure manuals and enrollment processes.
    10. Participate in team meetings and client conference calls.

    Required Qualifications
    1. High school diploma or GED.
    2. Strong organizational and communication skills.
    3. Reliable attendance and ability to work on-site full time.
    4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
    5. 1–2 years of experience with government payers (Medicare/Medicaid).
    6. Healthcare, insurance, or credentialing experience.

    Preferred Qualifications
    1. Experience with provider enrollment processes.
    2. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
