    Key Responsibilities
    Shift Notes: 8:30am-5:00pm, every other weekend
    Coverage Area: Northern California Home Health or Hospice
    Average Miles per day/week: 10%

    Required Qualifications
    Job License/Certification requirements: CA RN, 1 year experience in the last 3 years
    Common Equipment & Charting System: Health Connect (Epic)
