JOB SUMMARY
Seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations.
- Operate ultrasound equipment and related software.
- Prepare patients for procedures and explain examination processes.
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation of patient information and findings.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Schedule / Shift

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Successful completion of an accredited diagnostic medical sonography program.

Experience
- Previous experience as an Ultrasound Technologist preferred.

Certifications
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Skills
- Proficiency in operating ultrasound equipment.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

EMR / Systems
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Patient Population
- Experience with a diverse patient population.

Unit / Specialty
- General diagnostic ultrasound services.

Floating / On-Call
- May be required to float to different areas as needed.
- On-call duties may be assigned per departmental policy.
