  • Position Overview  
    The Registered Nurse – Outpatient Services provides direct patient care and clinical support in an outpatient setting. This role is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients undergoing outpatient procedures, treatments, and follow-up care. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Provide nursing care to patients in outpatient clinics and procedural areas.
    2. Conduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and document findings accurately.
    3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
    4. Assist physicians during outpatient procedures and minor interventions.
    5. Educate patients and families on procedures, recovery, and follow-up care.
    6. Maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and quality standards.
    7. Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care.
    8. Support patient flow and scheduling to optimize clinic efficiency.
    9. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff development activities.

    Qualifications
    1. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
    2. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted with relevant experience.
    3. Minimum of 2–3 years of nursing experience; outpatient or procedural nursing preferred.
    4. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
    5. Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
    6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
