  • Job Summary
    We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care Unit. The RN will provide high-quality patient care to individuals requiring close monitoring and specialized nursing interventions, ensuring safety, comfort, and effective treatment outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Deliver direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
    2. Monitor patients’ vital signs and clinical status, responding promptly to changes.
    3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
    4. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.
    5. Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
    6. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record system.
    7. Uphold infection control and patient safety standards.

    Required Qualifications
    • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
    • Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years.
    • Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
    Preferred Qualifications
    1. Prior experience in a Progressive Care Unit or similar high-acuity setting.
    2. Advanced training in cardiac monitoring or critical care procedures.

    Certifications
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
    • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
