Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will support physicians and nurses in delivering high-quality patient care by managing clinical tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Room patients and prepare them for examinations
2. Collect and document medical and medication histories
3. Maintain accurate patient records in the Epic electronic health records system
4. Manage clinical inventory and restock supplies as needed
5. Ensure exam rooms are clean, organized, and properly stocked
6. Perform light administrative tasks as required
7. Coordinate outpatient tests and procedures
8. Assist providers during patient exams and other clinical duties
Required Qualification
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED, HiSET, TASC) from an accredited institution or government unit
- Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certificate
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience with Epic electronic health records system
- Up-to-date Covid-19 vaccination
- Flu shot for the 2025 season
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
1. Pediatric experience preferred but not required
