  • Job Summary
    We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in a clinical or healthcare setting. The LPN will work under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians to deliver direct patient care, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and support the healthcare team in ensuring positive patient outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established care plans and organizational policies.
    • Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment.
    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
    • Assist physicians and registered nurses during examinations and medical procedures.
    • Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
    • Educate patients and families on medications, treatments, and follow-up care.
    • Collect specimens and perform basic laboratory and diagnostic procedures as required.
    • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment.
    • Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions and communicate concerns to the appropriate healthcare team members.
    • Adhere to infection prevention, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide quality patient care.

    Required Qualifications
    • Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
    • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the applicable state.
    • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
    • Knowledge of nursing practices, patient care standards, and medical terminology.
    • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
    • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems.
    • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, long-term care, rehabilitation, or outpatient setting.
    • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
    • IV therapy certification, where applicable.
    • Bilingual communication skills.

    Certifications
    • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
    • IV Therapy Certification (if applicable).
