  • Job Summary
    We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Surgical team. The RN will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals recovering from surgery or managing acute and chronic medical conditions. This role requires strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and the ability to deliver safe, efficient care in a fast-paced hospital environment.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Perform patient assessments, develop care plans, and deliver direct nursing care.
    2. Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed.
    3. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
    4. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
    5. Document patient care accurately in the electronic health record (EHR).
    6. Provide education and support to patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery.
    7. Ensure compliance with hospital safety standards and professional nursing practices.

    Required Qualifications
    1. Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state/district.
    2. Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
    3. Minimum of 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience.
    4. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
    5. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination card.

    Preferred Qualifications (if any)
    1. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
    2. Additional training or certifications in medical-surgical nursing.
