JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for preparing the operating room, sterile field, and all necessary surgical equipment, supplies, and solutions. Assists the surgical team by passing instruments, fluids, and supplies to the surgeon during procedures. Manages surgical equipment throughout the operation.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare the operating room, including the sterile field.
- Set up surgical equipment, supplies, and solutions.
- Pass instruments, fluids, and supplies to the surgeon during surgery.
- Prepare and manage surgical equipment during procedures.
- Maintain the sterile field and manage specimens.
- Perform counts of sponges and supplies to prevent retained foreign objects.

Schedule / Shift
- Days: 4 x 10-hour shifts
- Shift Hours: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Includes on-call rotation

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST).
- Robotics experience required.

Certifications
- BLS (AHA or American Red Cross)

Experience
- 2+ years of experience as a Surgical Technologist.
- Experience with robotics in surgical procedures.

Skills
- Proficient in setting up and maintaining sterile fields.
- Skilled in instrument and supply management during surgical procedures.
- Ability to accurately perform counts of sponges and supplies.
- Competent in preparing and managing surgical equipment.
