Job Summary:
We are seeking an Inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a hospital setting. The RN will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing care of patients in an inpatient setting. This role requires collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, and implementation of nursing care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patient progress and update care plans as necessary
• Assist with patient education and discharge planning
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care
• Maintain patient records and documentation in accordance with hospital policies
• Respond to patient needs and emergencies in a timely and professional manner
Required Qualifications:
• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Minimum of 2 years of inpatient nursing experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of inpatient care protocols
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in a specific clinical area (e.g., cardiology, oncology, pediatrics, etc.)
• Advanced certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS)
• Previous experience in a hospital setting
Certifications:
• Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
