JOB SUMMARY
Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurses (LVNs/LPNs) are responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician. This role involves assessing patients, administering medications, performing treatments, and educating patients and their families on health management. LVNs/LPNs play a crucial role in monitoring patient conditions, documenting observations, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
