  • Job Summary  
    The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Senior Vice President of Finance – Behavioral Health. This role serves as the lead administrative resource for the BH finance department, managing complex scheduling, coordinating divisional activities, and ensuring the integrity of departmental systems and processes. The position is temp-to-perm, offering the opportunity for long-term placement.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Serve as the lead administrative support for the BH finance department, coordinating divisional meetings and maintaining departmental systems and facility architecture
    2. Organize and manage complex calendaring and commitments for the SVP of Finance
    3. Manage travel arrangements and expense reporting for the SVP of Finance
    4. Participate in finance leadership team meetings and provide accurate note-taking
    5. Collect and distribute review materials in advance of meetings; provide light presentation support as needed
    6. Order supplies and oversee the finance division SharePoint site, BH facility listing, CEO listing, and BH Directory
    7. Route department invoices to appropriate corporate team members for approval and payment
    8. Coordinate administrative and logistical details for budget meetings, finance training, and new CFO orientations
    9. Ensure timely and accurate software setup for all new CFOs across the division
    10. Assist with maintaining the integrity of financial packages, chart of accounts, hospital profiles, and other data elements

    Required Qualifications
    1. Bachelor’s degree preferred
    2. 10+ years of experience in executive-level support
    3. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    4. Strong skills in staff coordination, project management, and meeting planning
    5. Ability to perform administrative duties of a highly confidential nature
    6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    7. Demonstrated learning agility and adaptability
    8. Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with departmental staff and corporate executive assistants

    Preferred Qualifications (if any)
    1. Prior experience supporting senior finance executives in a healthcare or behavioral health environment
