JOB SUMMARY
Seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join a dynamic surgical team. The Surgical Technologist plays a vital role in assisting the surgical team before, during, and after procedures.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare the operating room with necessary equipment, sterile supplies, and instruments.
• Assist surgeons and other surgical staff during operative procedures by anticipating needs and providing instruments and supplies.
• Maintain a sterile environment and ensure adherence to aseptic techniques.
• Perform surgical counts of instruments, sponges, and needles.
• Assist with patient positioning and prepping.
• Participate in post-operative procedures, including room cleanup and instrument processing.

Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program.

Certifications
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Experience
• Previous experience as a Surgical Technologist is beneficial.

Skills
• Proficient in sterile technique and aseptic principles.
• Strong knowledge of surgical instrumentation and procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
