Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dialysis Nurse to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the care and treatment of patients undergoing dialysis therapy.
You will work closely with other medical professionals to ensure the safety and well-being of each patient throughout their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs before, during, and after dialysis treatments.
- Administer both hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatments, ensuring they are done correctly and efficiently.
- Observe and assess patients during dialysis to promptly identify any adverse reactions or complications.
- Prepare and update individualized nursing care plans based on patient needs.
- Immediately report any issues or concerns during dialysis treatments to the appropriate medical practitioner.
- Collaborate with dialysis technicians to ensure proper setup and maintenance of dialysis machines and equipment.
- Provide education to patients and their families on the operation of home dialysis machines, for those considering or opting for home dialysis therapy.
- Educate patients on various dialysis treatment options, kidney disease management, and best practices for nutrition and exercise.
