We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely assessment, treatment, and support for patients experiencing urgent and critical health conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Room, including triage, assessment, and treatment
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities
Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience, preferably in an emergency or critical care setting
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in an Emergency Room or trauma unit
Advanced training in critical care or emergency nursing
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
Certifications (if any)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (required)
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (preferred)
