Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse – Telemetry to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide specialized care to patients requiring continuous monitoring, ensuring accurate assessment, timely interventions, and compassionate support throughout their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities
1. Monitor and evaluate patient progress using telemetry equipment and clinical assessments
2. Administer prescribed treatments and medications safely and effectively
3. Identify and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
5. Complete documentation required for patient transfers out of the intensive care unit
6. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
Required Qualifications
1. Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
2. Strong clinical knowledge and experience in telemetry or critical care settings
3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
4. Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years.
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
1. Prior experience in telemetry or intensive care nursing
2. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-acuity environments
Certifications (if any)
1. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
2. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification
