JOB SUMMARY Provide direct patient care within the Interventional Radiology department.
Key Responsibilities - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. - Administer medications and treatments. - Operate and monitor specialized medical equipment. - Educate patients and families. - Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals. - Document patient care accurately and thoroughly. - Respond to medical emergencies. - Assist with procedures in the Interventional Radiology suite. - Prepare patients for procedures and monitor them post-procedure. - Maintain sterile techniques and infection control protocols.
Schedule / Shift 0730-1700, 4 days per week.
Call 1-2 call shifts during weekdays; every 3rd weekend call. Based on department needs.
Holidays 2 holidays per contract.
Required Qualifications - Registered Nurse (RN) Certification. - Wisconsin (WI) RN license in hand at time of submission. - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification. - Critical Care experience. - Prior procedural RN experience.
Preferred Qualifications - Travel experience preferred. - Ability to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed.
Skills - Proficient in patient assessment and care planning. - Skilled in administering medications and treatments. - Competent in operating and monitoring medical equipment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Patient Population Adult patients requiring interventional radiology procedures.
Floating / On-Call May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed. On-call responsibilities as outlined in the Call section.
