  • Job Summary
    The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records to ensure smooth operations and timely availability of materials. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to support inventory control processes.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts.
    2. Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory items.
    3. Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders as needed.
    4. Work closely with purchasing, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and proper stock rotation.
    5. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
    6. Prepare reports on inventory status, usage, and forecasts.
    7. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations related to inventory handling.

    Required Qualifications
    1. High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
    2. Proven experience in inventory management or coordination.
    3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    4. Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
    5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
