Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) – Telemetry to join our healthcare team. The RN will provide specialized care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring, ensuring safe and effective treatment in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver direct patient care in the telemetry unit, including monitoring cardiac rhythms and vital signs
2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
4. Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
5. Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records
6. Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions
Required Qualifications
1. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
2. Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years.
3. Strong knowledge of cardiac monitoring and telemetry equipment
4. Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
1. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
2. Prior experience in a telemetry or step-down unit
3. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
Certifications (if any)
1. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
2. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred)
