Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) will support a multi-specialty outpatient Rural Health Clinic (RHC) through nurse-assisted virtual visits and in-person patient care. The role involves collaborating with specialists in Allergy, Nephrology, Neurology, Pain Management, Pulmonology, EMG testing, and Urology to provide quality patient-centered care in a 40-hour onsite position.

Key Responsibilities
1. Assist specialists by facilitating nurse-assisted telemedicine visits and providing in-person nursing care.
2. Coordinate patient care across multiple specialties including Allergy, Nephrology, Neurology, Pain Management, Pulmonology, EMG testing, and Urology.
3. Utilize EPIC electronic medical record system for documentation and care coordination.
4. Support Primary Care services as needed.
5. Ensure compliance with clinic policies, including obtaining current flu vaccinations.
6. Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure seamless virtual and in-person patient experiences.
Required Qualifications
1. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
2. Experience in Primary Care and/or multi-specialty outpatient settings preferred.
3. Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records preferred.
4. Must be able to work onsite full-time (40 hours per week).
5. Ability to obtain and maintain current flu vaccine.
Additional Requirements
1. Shared housing provided; no guests or pets allowed.
2. Reliable personal vehicle required for commuting and work-related travel.
