  • Job Summary
    We are seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technologist to perform routine and specialized laboratory tests across multiple disciplines. This role ensures accurate diagnostic results that support patient care and clinical decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Conduct laboratory tests in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, immunology, and blood bank.
    2. Collect, label, process, and analyze patient specimens including blood, urine, and body fluids.
    3. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and instruments.
    4. Review and verify test results for accuracy, reporting findings to physicians or healthcare staff.
    5. Adhere to quality control, safety, infection control, and laboratory compliance standards.

    Required Qualifications
    1. Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.
    2. Strong knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and instrumentation.
    3. Ability to interpret and validate test results with precision.
    4. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skillsx

    Preferred Qualifications
    1. Prior experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
    2. Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS).

    Certifications (if any)
    1. Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technologist (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
