JOB SUMMARY
This onsite position in the New Member Desk department focuses on supporting the onboarding of new members. Responsibilities include completing onboarding questionnaires, scheduling Primary Care Physician (PCP) appointments, paneling new members to a PCP, and referring them to additional necessary departments such as dental or specialty care as needed. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:15 PM.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the onboarding of new members.
• Complete onboarding questionnaires.
• Schedule PCP appointments.
• Panel new members to a PCP.
• Transfer new members to additional required departments (e.g., dental, specialty departments).

Required Qualifications
• Active Oregon RN or LVN license on file.
• Active Washington RN or LVN license on file.
