JOB SUMMARY Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in a regional setting to promote mobility, function, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities - Assess patients' physical condition, functional status, and limitations. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. - Administer therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities. - Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and self-management strategies. - Document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and relevant information in electronic health records. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care. - Maintain professional knowledge and skills through continuing education.
Required Qualifications - Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program. - State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Certifications - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Experience - 1 - 2 Years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
EMR / Systems - Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
Patient Population - Adults and Geriatrics.
Unit / Specialty - Regional Rehabilitation Services.
