  • Job Summary
    We are seeking a skilled Ultrasonographer to perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations across a variety of clinical areas. The role involves capturing high-quality images, supporting physicians in accurate diagnosis, and ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Perform ultrasound examinations in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
    2. Prepare patients for procedures, explain processes, and ensure comfort during exams.
    3. Capture and analyze diagnostic images, ensuring clarity and accuracy for physician review.
    4. Document findings and maintain patient records in compliance with healthcare standards.
    5. Maintain and calibrate ultrasound equipment to ensure optimal performance.
    6. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.
    7. Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines at all times.

    Required Qualifications
    1. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field.
    2. ARDMS certification in one or more specialties (e.g., Abdomen, OB/GYN, Vascular).
    3. Minimum of 2 years of experience performing diagnostic ultrasound examinations.
    4. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and sonographic principles.
    5. Excellent communication and patient care skills.

    Preferred Qualifications (if any)
    1. Experience working in hospital or outpatient clinical settings.
    2. Ability to perform specialized sonography (e.g., echocardiography, musculoskeletal).
    3. Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

    Certifications (if any)
    1. Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) in relevant specialties.
    2. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
