Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care Unit (PCU). The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and capable of providing critical support to patients transitioning from intensive care. This role requires excellent clinical judgment, documentation skills, and the ability to respond to changes in patient conditions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress throughout their stay in the PCU.
- Administer prescribed treatments and medications accurately and safely.
- Identify and promptly respond to changes in patient condition.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date patient medical records.
- Complete all documentation required for patient transfer from the intensive care unit to other care settings.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state-specific, if needed)
- Demonstrated clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a Progressive Care Unit or similar environment is preferred.
Certifications
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
