JOB SUMMARY
This role requires a Registered Nurse with at least one year of recent full-time equivalent experience in Neonatal Intensive Care, specifically Level III. The nurse must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and hold a valid Registered Nurse license in the state where care is provided. This position necessitates a strong foundation in neonatal resuscitation and critical care for newborns.

Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care to neonates in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care setting.
Monitor the condition of critically ill newborns.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Respond to emergencies and provide life support as needed.

Required Qualifications
1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience
Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Certifications
Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided)
Basic Life Support
Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program
Level III Neonatal Intensive Care experience

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in nursing or related field
Seven (7) years of recent experience in Level III Neonatal Intensive Care (within last ten (10) years)
