JOB SUMMARY
Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, focusing on functional mobility, strength, and patient independence.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to address physical impairments and functional limitations.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other interventions to improve patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises, adaptive equipment, and strategies to promote recovery and independence.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Document patient progress and treatment provided in the EMR system.
- Perform wound care as indicated within the scope of physical therapy practice.

Schedule / Shift
- Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (standard 8-hour day, start and end times are flexible).
- Two (2) weekends required during a 13-weekend assignment, with two additional days off during the week.

Required Qualifications
- 1 year of relevant patient experience.
- BLS certification.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with inpatient rehabilitation.
- Experience with the Care Tool.

- Proficient in performing wound care.
- Familiarity with assessment and treatment of diverse physical impairments.
- Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
