  • Job Summary
    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm in emergency situations.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare facility.
    2. Triage patients based on their medical condition and prioritize care appropriately.
    3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
    4. Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
    5. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
    6. Assist with medical procedures and provide support to physicians and emergency staff.
    7. Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
    8. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records.

    Required Qualifications
    1. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
    2. Minimum of 1–2 years of nursing experience in an Emergency Room or acute care setting.
    3. Strong assessment, clinical, and critical thinking skills.
    4. Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
    5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    Preferred Qualifications
    1. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
    2. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
    3. Bilingual skills are a plus.

    Certifications
    1. Basic Life Support (BLS) – required.
    2. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – required.
    3. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – preferred.
    4. Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) – preferred.
