  • Job Summary  
    The Program Coordinator supports the Faculty Development Office at Client Medical Group (BUMG), working under the supervision of the Associate Dean and Director of Faculty Development. This role is responsible for coordinating all administrative and operational activities of professional development programs offered on the medical campus, including Client () and Client School of Medicine (BUSM). Programs include six longitudinal initiatives, career and CV consultations, and seminar series designed to support faculty advancement and vitality. The position involves calendar management, logistics coordination, program activities, and data entry/administrative projects. This is a hybrid role requiring 2–3 days in-office per week.

    Key Responsibilities
    Program Support
    1. Facilitate and coordinate operations of faculty development programs.
    2. Track program outcomes and monitor effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.
    3. Maintain program evaluations through Qualtrics.
    4. Create and maintain marketing materials for professional development programs.
    5. Maintain the Faculty Development website.
    6. Coordinate program application processes and manage Admissions Committees.
    7. Administrative
    8. Manage Outlook calendar invites and meetings for the Associate Dean and faculty development programming.
    9. Generate agendas, record minutes, and track action items for meetings.
    10. Maintain office process manuals and data management systems.
    11. Assist with reports for department chairs and executive leadership to assess program effectiveness.
    12. Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, purchasing as needed within budget.
    13. Coordinate logistical needs for programs, including audio-visual, technology, catering, and room scheduling.

    Other Duties
    1. Conform to hospital standards of performance and conduct exceptional customer service.
    2. Utilize hospital behavioral standards in decision-making to support mission and goals.
    3. Perform other duties as assigned.

    Required Qualifications
    1. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
    2. Minimum of 1–2 years of related experience.
    3. Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and balance multiple responsibilities.
    4. Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work with diverse individuals across disciplines.
    5. Strong oral and written communication skills.
    6. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and web browsers.

    Preferred Qualifications
    1. Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, or education program coordination.
