JOB SUMMARY
Provides direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and professional standards. Assesses patient needs, develops and implements nursing care plans, and collaborates with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status, including physical, psychological, and social factors.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient vital signs and responses to treatment.

Required Qualifications
