Job Summary:
The Radiologic Technologist is responsible for preparing examination rooms and operating radiological equipment to provide high-quality imaging services. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety and comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare examination room, equipment, and instruments based on individual patient needs.
- Position patients accurately for radiological procedures to ensure optimal imaging results.
- Operate the x-ray machine in accordance with established procedures to guarantee patient safety and comfort.
- Develop, process, and select radiological film as part of the imaging workflow.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: AART Certificate.
- Experience: Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years.
Certifications:
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required.
- COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory.
