  • Job Summary  
    The Quality Coordinator supports healthcare operations by monitoring compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and patient safety initiatives. This role ensures continuous improvement in clinical and administrative processes to promote high-quality patient care.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Develop, implement, and monitor quality improvement initiatives across healthcare departments.
    2. Collect, analyze, and report data related to patient outcomes, safety, and compliance.
    3. Conduct audits and reviews to ensure adherence to hospital policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
    4. Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to identify areas for improvement.
    5. Provide training and education on quality standards, patient safety, and compliance practices.
    6. Assist in preparing documentation for accreditation and regulatory inspections.
    7. Support root cause analysis and corrective action planning for quality-related issues.
    8. Maintain accurate records and reports for leadership review.

    Required Qualifications
    1. Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field.
    2. Strong knowledge of healthcare quality standards and regulatory requirements.
    3. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
    4. Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
    5. Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years.
    Preferred Qualifications
    1. Prior experience in healthcare quality management or hospital operations.
    2. Familiarity with accreditation processes (e.g., Joint Commission, NABH).

    Certifications (if any)
    1. Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred.
    2. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification may be required depending on role scope.
