JOB SUMMARY
Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient Rehabilitation Therapies team at the Hyde Park Satellite office. This role focuses on providing direct patient care in an outpatient setting with a structured schedule.

Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions.
• Educate patients and their families on conditions, treatment plans, and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation within the electronic health record.

Schedule / Shift
• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Tuesday, Thursday: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
• No weekends or holidays required.

Required Qualifications
• Physical Therapist licensed through the MA Board of Allied Health.
• CPR/AED Certified.

Experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient Physical Therapy.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in orthopedic rehabilitation.

• PT Licensed through MA Board of Allied Health
