Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled ICU Registered Nurse with strong cardiac ICU experience. Candidates must be proficient in advanced ICU care including CRRT and managing cardiac sheaths.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting
• Monitor, assess, and treat patients with complex cardiac conditions
• Manage and maintain sheaths and CRRT equipment
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as needed
• Document accurately and in a timely manner within EMR systems

Required Qualifications:
• Strong cardiac ICU skills 
• CRRT experience
• Experience managing cardiac sheaths
• Must be able to start on one of the specified orientation dates
• Completion of Voice Advantage Interview required

Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a high-acuity ICU environment

• COVID-19 vaccine required
