Job Summary
Provide nursing care and support to patients in an outpatient clinic setting. Assist providers with assessments, treatments, and patient education to promote health and manage chronic or acute conditions.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
• Take and record vital signs and patient histories
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist providers during exams and minor procedures
• Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and medication use
• Coordinate patient care and follow-up appointments
• Document patient information accurately and timely
• Maintain a clean and safe clinical environment
• Comply with clinic policies and healthcare regulations

Required Qualifications
• Current RN licensure in the state of practice
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience, preferably in outpatient or ambulatory care
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Strong organizational and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Knowledge of common outpatient procedures and chronic disease management
