JOB SUMMARY
Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient/clinic care setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment programs.
- Evaluate patient progress and adapt treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on exercise programs and rehabilitation techniques.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Schedule / Shift
Monday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Tuesday: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Thursday: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Required Qualifications
- Excellent patient handling skills and transfer techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as a team player.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to be self-directed and flexible.
- Ability to multi-task.

Experience
- 1+ years of physical therapy experience in an outpatient/clinic care setting.

Certifications
- Massachusetts Physical Therapist (PT) licensure.
