This position is for a Registered Nurse to provide home health services island-wide on Maui. The schedule is primarily day shifts, with potential assistance required for weekend coverage. Daily travel is expected, requiring reliable transportation and adherence to charting and documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide home health services to patients island-wide on Maui.
• Assist with weekend schedule as needed.
• Travel throughout the island to patient homes.
• Utilize Epic/Remote Client for charting and documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year home health travel experience
• HI RN license
• Valid Driver's License
• OASIS proficiency
