## JOB SUMMARY
Provide therapeutic interventions and treatments as directed by a licensed Physical Therapist to assist patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.

## Key Responsibilities
• Assist patients with exercises and therapeutic activities.
• Administer treatments such as hot and cold packs, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation.
• Monitor patient progress and report observations to the Physical Therapist.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment.
• Instruct patients and families in home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

## Schedule / Shift
• Per diem schedule may be available.

## Required Qualifications
• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

## Experience
• Experience in a rehabilitative setting is preferred.

## Skills
• Proficiency in therapeutic exercise techniques.
• Knowledge of rehabilitative modalities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.

• Physical Therapy

## Floating / On-Call
• May be required to float to similar units or facilities as needed.
