plaintext JOB SUMMARY Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting, focusing on restoring function, improving mobility, and preventing further injury.
Key Responsibilities • Assess patient condition and develop individualized treatment plans. • Administer therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities. • Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies. • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team. • Maintain patient records in compliance with facility standards and regulatory requirements.
Schedule / Shift 40 hours per week Days: Monday: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM, Tuesday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Required Qualifications • Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts. • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or American Red Cross. • Excellent patient handling skills. • Proficiency in transfer techniques. • Strong interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively as a team player. • Strong time management skills. • Self-directed and flexible. • Ability to multi-task.
Preferred Qualifications • 2+ years of physical therapy experience in an outpatient setting.
