Job Summary
• This position is part of a Technology Rollout Call Center, supporting multiple concurrent technology projects.
• Responsibilities include handling incoming and outbound calls related to IT hardware installations and troubleshooting support for field technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• The role involves providing first-level technical support, tracking issues in a system, and communicating updates via email and Excel.
• Projects may take place across different time zones and require shift flexibility, including evenings and nights.
• Paid training will be provided on-site for 5 days a week, with shifts between 8 AM and 8 PM.
• A start date will be assigned upon clearance by the agency.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to IT implementation and upgrades in retail stores.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting and technical support to field technicians and vendors.
• Maintain accurate and timely updates in the call tracking application.
• Communicate updates and project status via email and Microsoft Excel.
• Ensure implementation protocols and procedures are followed during rollout projects.
• Work across multiple projects simultaneously, accommodating time zone and shift requirements.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to communicate clearly, accurately, and tactfully both verbally and in writing.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, based on project needs.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with IT hardware installations.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
