  • Job Summary
    We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. The CNA will provide essential patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and other medical staff, ensuring a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to patient well-being.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
    2. Measure and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and respiration rate.
    3. Support nurses and physicians during medical procedures and patient care activities.
    4. Observe patients and report changes in condition or behavior to nursing staff promptly.
    5. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
    6. Assist in transporting patients within the facility as needed.
    7. Document care provided accurately in patient records and ensure confidentiality.

    Required Qualifications
    1. High school diploma or equivalent.
    2. Active certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in the state of employment.
    3. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
    4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
    5. Compassionate, patient-focused attitude with a commitment to high-quality care.

    Preferred Qualifications
    1. Previous experience in a hospital, long-term care, or clinical setting preferred.
    2. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

    Certifications
    1. Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) – active and in good standing.
    2. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or ability to obtain prior to start date.
