Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Local Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our healthcare team. The LNA will provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and other licensed staff, ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of patients in a local facility setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
- Measure and record vital signs including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
- Support patient transfers, ambulation, and positioning to ensure comfort and safety.
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment by changing linens, sanitizing equipment, and restocking supplies.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and families.
- Report changes in patient condition promptly to supervising nurses.
- Document patient care activities accurately in medical records.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant training program.
- Current LNA certification in the state of practice.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

- Prior experience in a hospital, long-term care, or rehabilitation facility.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Certifications (if any)
