JOB SUMMARY
Provides comprehensive physical therapy services to patients to restore function, improve mobility, and promote overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform thorough patient evaluations to assess physical condition and functional limitations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Administer therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and specialized treatments.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on exercise programs and self-management techniques.
• Document all patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Participate in departmental meetings and in-service training.

Schedule / Shift
• Day Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Required Qualifications
• BLS Certification
• Experienced Physical Therapist

Preferred Qualifications
• Good team dynamics
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Flexible and adaptable to changes
