Job Summary:
Samaritan Keep Home is seeking an experienced Travel RN Supervisor to provide clinical oversight and leadership across 7 specialized units, including secure dementia and post-acute rehab. This role involves supervising nursing staff, ensuring high standards of patient care, and responding to acute medical needs, especially during nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as RN Supervisor during assigned shifts
• Perform comprehensive head-to-toe patient assessments
• Respond to acute changes in condition, patient falls, and manage ER transfers
• Oversee care for patients with chronic illnesses, dementia, diabetes, and post-operative needs
• Manage clinical interventions such as tube feedings, Foley catheters, IVs, PICCs, ports, wound care, and nebulizer treatments
• Coordinate post-acute rehabilitation plans for short-term recovery patients
• Ensure accurate documentation using PointClickCare EMR
• Collaborate with LPNs, CNAs, and providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in long-term or post-acute care settings
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
• Ability to manage a broad range of patient care needs across multiple units
• Experience with EMR systems (PointClickCare preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience as a charge nurse or supervisor in LTC setting
• Experience with dementia and post-acute rehab populations

Certifications:
• Active RN License (unrestricted)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
