We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for dispensing prescription medications, providing expert advice on the safe use of medicines, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. You will play a critical role in patient care by collaborating with physicians and healthcare professionals to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Dispensing & Patient Care

• Accurately dispense prescription medications to patients based on physician orders

• Verify dosage, drug interactions, and potential allergies before dispensing

• Counsel patients on proper medication usage, potential side effects, storage, and adherence

• Provide over-the-counter (OTC) medication recommendations for minor ailments

• Monitor patient health and progress through medication therapy management (MTM)

Regulatory & Compliance

• Ensure all pharmacy operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations (e.g., FDA, DEA, state pharmacy board)

• Maintain accurate records of controlled substances and prescription logs as required by law

• Participate in audits and inspections by regulatory authorities

• Stay updated on changes in pharmacy laws, drug safety alerts, and new medications
